Commentary (full lesson beneath commentary)

The mind spreads … seemingly starting within my head … then leaving the “my” and the “head” behind. The mind spreads, more quietly than ripples in water. The mind is open, vast, with no edges … and it spreads … leaving the heart full, and the thoughts stilled. God’s Word appears beneath the thoughtless thinking the little ego self seems to do … and It Is.
